What is Mixed Dementia?
Our services, events, and dining experiences are thoughtfully crafted with The Peregrine Way® in mind. Each offering supports our residents’ personal growth and helps them connect with themselves and their long-term memories.
From cozy amenities to customized dining options, we’re dedicated to meeting your loved one’s unique needs.

Enrich your loved one’s daily life with community, safety, and comfort. We offer cozy rooms and shared spaces, a library, an on-site spiritual space, and 24/7 caregiver access.

We curate safe, inclusive experiences for our residents, offering hobby classes, a wide array of organized events, and regularly scheduled group outings.

Our meals are enjoyed in an elegant dining room-style dining room and made comfortable for all by passionate people who cater to dietary requirements and preferences.

After many years of caring for my wife Maria at home, I realized that her dementia had progressed beyond my ability to provide her the care and security she needed.
The next step – find a home that could provide for her needs. I visited numerous facilities in Western New York including Peregrine Senior Living of Orchard Park.
Peregrine was my choice for many reasons. It is a smaller home with a true sense of community. Their focus is memory care, which becomes obvious when you see the various special areas and daily activities. Most important, however, is the compassionate and professional staff that provide for the residents. Peregrine welcomes family members to visit and participate. Their holiday celebrations never disappoint!
Maria started her third year as a resident at Peregrine. Maria is safe and fulfilled. She considers Peregrine as her HOME.
We are located on Sterling Drive, surrounded by many businesses and shops for your convenience.

At the heart of Peregrine Senior Living is a philosophy that changes everything: The Peregrine Way.
It’s an approach that goes beyond care to celebrate the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
Through lifelong learning, creative engagement, and compassionate support, we empower residents to continue discovering, growing, and finding purpose every day.
Because true care isn’t just about living well, it’s about living fully.
